What is Piggy Club?

We appreciate and value repeat business and to reward you for coming back to us, we have developed Piggy Club.

Piggy Club is our rewards program.  As a member of our rewards program, you will receive 1 Reward point for each $1 spent.

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, Rewards Points do not expire and can be accumulated on most products (including sale items).  You can redeem points once you have accumulated 100 points (i.e. when you have spent $100 and you are in our rewards program).  You must also spend over $30 in your order to use your points.  You can choose when to redeem you points (redemption is manually done by you).  You will also accumulate points on lay-bys but points will not be able to be redeemed until you have paid for your order.

How do I join?

If you wish to become a member of the Piggy Club Rewards Program, please send us an email and we will contact you to obtain your agreement to the terms and conditions set out below.  Once you have agreed to these terms, we will change your customer status to entitle you to redeem points.  Please note, you will automatically be able to earn points without being a member of the Piggy Club Rewards Program, but those points will show as having no value and you will not be able to redeem them until you are a member.

When can I redeem Points?

Once you reach 100 points (ie. you have spent $100) you will be able to redeem your points.  100 points = $5.  Therefore, if you spend $100, you will be able to get a $5 discount off your next purchase (as long as that purchase is more than $30).

We appreciate you choosing our website to make your cloth purchase (becuase we know there are a lot of other sites out there).  To thank you for your decision to go with us, we will give you a $5 discount to use on your first purchase (provided you sign up to our newsletter and otherwise use it in accordance with the new customer discount terms and conditions).

Terms and Conditions of the program

 

When you create an account, you will NOT automatically become a member of Piggy Club.   In order to become a member of Piggy Club and start earning reward points, you must first agree to the following terms and conditions:

• We may cancel the Rewards Program at any time by giving 30 days notice to you of our intention to cancel the Rewards Program.  If that occurs, all Rewards Points will be cancelled (if not redeemed) at the end of the 30 days. 

• You can earn Rewards Points on lay-bys, but the Rewards Points will not be credited to you until the lay-by is paid in full (and we have received that payment as cleared funds).

• You must be logged in to our Website to accumulate rewards points (i.e. you must purchase items using your username and password).  If you are not logged in to our Website, you will not accumulate any Rewards Points.

• Rewards Points are non-transferrable and may only be used by the person who accumulated them. 

• Rewards Points may be accumulated on the purchase of some sale items except where we specifically exclude any items (which we may do depending on the sale price). We will include a comment in the product description of those items if they are excluded from the Rewards Program.

• The purchase of gift certiifcates will not attract any rewards points. 

• Rewards points will not have an expiry date.

• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, by posting those changes on our website.

• We reserve the right to amend the number of points you have been allocated for any order if there is an error in the calculation for any reason or if you cancel an order or fail to pay for an order.

• Each reward point is worth $0.05 (i.e. 100 points = $5).

• You can only redeem enough Rewards Points to pay for your order subtotal (i.e. the total of your order excluding shipping costs).  You must always pay postage on any order.

• You cannot redeem any reward points unless you spend more than $30 in any order.

• Rewards Points are calculated on the total of any order placed with us on our Website excluding:

                 -  any shipping costs;

                 -  the value of any discounts or coupons used in that order;

                 -  the value of any reward points redeemed in that order.

• For each $1 spent, you will earn one Reward Point.

• You cannot redeem any Reward Points until you have accumulated 100 points (i.e. until you have spent $100).

• Once you have earned 100 Reward Points and redeemed them, your Rewards Points balance will reset and you cannot redeem more Reward Points until you reach another 100 Reward Points.

• You will only earn Reward Points when:

                  -  when we have confirmed in writing (including email) that you are a member of our Rewards Program;

                  -  you have 'checked out' for any order on our Website;

                  -  paid for your order;

                 -  we have agreed to process your order (i.e. your order is not cancelled for any reason);

                 -  you purchase a product that attracts Rewards Points (see below for products that do not attract Rewards Points).

 

In these conditions:

• You means any customer of Piggy Tails approved to join the rewards program.
• We or Us means Angeline Coleman trading as Piggy Tails.
• Rewards Program means the rewards program run by us the terms and conditions of which are set out above.
• Rewards Points means the points that may be accumulated by you at the completion of any purchase from us via our Website on the terms and conditions set out above.
• Website means our website – www.piggytails.com.au.
